5 Simple Steps

Here's How It Works

1. Book an Appointment

Click "Book an Appointment" and answer the questions about your document and signer(s). Choose the date and time when you want to meet with the Notary and process a deposit. We will send you a confirmation email and a link to the platform where the notarization will be conducted.

2. Upload Documents

You will be guided to upload your document(s) onto our secure platform. You can either pre-fill the documents prior to the session or complete them while in the session. DO NOT fill in your signature and date.

3. ID Verification

The ID verification is a two step process. The first step is to answer a few personal questions to authenticate your identity. The second step is to upload your ID (front and back) to complete the credential analysis.

4. Meet with the Notary Public

The Notary Public and Signer(s) will have a joint session on the platform using a video-enabled device. The Notary Public will verify your ID and complete the notarization.

5. Payment & Notarized Documents

The last step is final payment. Once the payment has been processed, the notarized document will be forwarded.
